There will be a Risk Assessment Register located in the Academy Office. This is part of our requirements to be compliant in all aspects during this pandemic.
Any issues or incidents must be recorded and witnessed in the register.
Any compliant or relevant occurrence please contact and inform the club leaders Jimmy or myself in the first instance or earliest opportunity
*For coaches a track and trace form must be completed prior to any games with opposition included who attend the Lochend Academy facility
